September 16 to May 14. Two day minimum stay applies on weekends, holidays and special events

Deposit/Cancellation - Please cancel 72 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations received with less than 72 hours notice may be subject to a one night charge. Major credit card is required to secure the room reservation. Holiday and special event cancellations require 14 days notice.
County maximum occupancy rule is 2 people per bed plus 2 on a sofa sleeper.

Check-out Time - by 11AM
Rates quoted do not include taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Special Request:
When you make your reservation, please indicate how many adults and how many children, if any, will be staying with you.

Special Events
A three day minimum is required on some special event dates, such as the car show, Portuguese Festival and 4th of July.

Beach House Inn is 100% smoke free property and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. No pets are allowed.
